Hello Readers,
My name is Maggie Mahoney. I am a 19-year-old Connecticut native who loves art, music, literature, creative writing, and traveling. I’m back from college for the summer and I plan to make the absolute most of my time at home.
If you’re from Connecticut, especially some of the smaller towns, you probably would agree with me when I say that over time this state can come to feel boring and limited. That is exactly the reason that I started this blog: to stay busy, keep from squandering my summer, and try to re-discover all the things my state has to offer. There are surprisingly a lot of alternatives to sitting at home if you take the time to get creative and do some research. Luckily, I did some of that work for you.
Whether you’re a local, a newcomer, or a tourist, I hope you find some ideas here. Maybe you’ll even be inspired to start a bucket list of your own. Below is my tentative list, as well as the list I completed last summer. Stay tuned for my reviews and recommendations.
